If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund for the price of the products within 30 days of purchase.
Please read the terms and conditions:
1. Validity: The 30-day guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of order placement. Please notify us of your intent to withdraw within 30 days of the order placement at the following email address: mannavita.com@gmail.com
2. Guarantee applies to opened products: The guarantee also applies to opened products. This means you can try the product, and if it doesn't work for you, you can return it within 30 days.
3. Multiple identical products: If you ordered multiple identical (similar) products and opened more than one of them, we can only refund the price of one opened product. For example, if you purchase 100-gram and 40-gram royal jelly and open both, we can only refund the price of one of them.
4. Return address: The products to be refunded must be sent to our address at your own cost:

5. Bank account number: Please attach the IBAN bank account number to the returned product or send it via email. The refund will be transferred to the provided account.
6. Refund time: The refund will be issued within 7 days after the product has been received.
7. Only in a cardboard box: Products will only be accepted if returned in a packaging (cardboard box) that is undamaged, properly cushioned with protective materials (similar to how we shipped it), and securely sealed with tape. If the product is not returned in this manner and its packaging is damaged during transit, we will not be able to refund the product price.
8. Damaged packaging: We do not accept products where the outer packaging is damaged, except for products where opening is otherwise not possible (these are very few).
9. Usage according to the timeframe: Opened products can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. We can only refund the product price if the amount missing from the product corresponds to the number of days between the receipt and return date. For example, if you have been using the product for 2 days but the returned product is missing an amount equal to 15 days' usage, we will not be able to issue a refund for the product.
10. Return period: After you notify us that you wish to request a refund for the product, the product must be returned to us within 14 days. If the product does not reach us within 14 days from your notification, we will no longer be able to accept the return.
11. Shipping fee: The shipping fee associated with your order will not be refunded.
