About product quality and production • 

Who develops the products?

We design and develop the products ourselves. When developing our products, we take into account the latest scientific research results and the feedback and experiences of our more than 400,000 consumers. 

Where do the products come from?

We carefully select the raw materials for our products. We source the raw materials from European producers, manufacturers and suppliers outside Europe. Our primary goal is that the given herb, food or active ingredient exerts its effects. We do not skimp on quality. If something is better but costs more, we choose it.

Where are the products made?

Some products are made by us, others are made in our partners' factories. All our products are made in Europe.

What kind of quality assurance system do you operate?

Our factories, warehouses and our partners' factories and warehouses operate HACCP, ISO 22000 or ISO 9001 quality assurance systems. We do not cooperate with companies that do not operate a quality assurance system.

Do you perform analyses and tests on the products?

For each product and raw material, we perform microbiological and other necessary tests. Some products - such as algae - are also subjected to radiation and heavy metal tests.

We ourselves -  our employees, family members and children also consume our products - so we only market products that we are absolutely sure are free from contamination.

Is there a free shipping threshold?

Yes. If you order over €99, we will cover the shipping costs.

How quickly will I receive my products?

90% of our customers receive their package within 3 business days of placing their order.

How can I track my package?

When the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with a link where you can track the package.

Which carrier will my package be shipped with?

Most of our packages are currently shipped with the GLS courier.

Can I get a guarantee that the product will work?

Our primary goal in developing our products is to help reduce the symptoms of diseases. We develop our products with this goal in mind. The Mannavita team does not deal with average products. For us, quality and effectiveness are our top priority. 

However, since everyone's body is different, we cannot guarantee that a given product will definitely improve your health.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, there is. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee for all products. We will refund the purchase price of the product within 30 days, even if you have taken it, consumed it, or tried it.

How do I measure 1 gram and 0.5 grams with the royal jelly spoon?

The amount is indicated on the handle of the royal jelly measuring spoons.

1 and 0.5 grams correspond to the measured amount with the spoons.

What is the "Cryos" sachet in the royal jelly or raw pollen package for?

The "Cryos" sachet in the package is a gel for cooling the products. It is not suitable for consumption or application to the skin. It can be used as an ice pack - stored in the freezer.

Where can I find the measuring spoon in the Multicollagen jar?

Can I drink more of the juices than the recommended daily amount?

Yes.

Can I take more capsules of each product than the recommended daily amount?

Our products are made from natural plant and animal ingredients. We use very few artificial - isolated - compounds in the production of our products. This also means that you can safely take double or triple doses of Mannavita products, especially if you feel that this will give you a better effect.

Can I buy from you in person?

Not currently. Our central warehouse is in Hungary, near Budapest. If you are in Budapest, you can visit our central store in person.
